SERBY: On Wednesday, October 17, 1923, at his residence, 1432 R Street northwest, Moses A. Serby, aged thirty-seven years. He is survived by his wife, Elsie Serby; one son, William; and one sister, Mrs. I. Cohen of this city; also his mother, thre sisters and one brother, of Syracuse, New York.
